January school reopening

December 17, 2020

Dear School Community:

Merry Christmas and a safe New Year to all of you!

As of this writing, Alameda County remains in the most restrictive tier and the forecast is things will not improve due to Christmas travel and gatherings.  In consideration of the health and safety of our students and staff, California Crosspoint Academy will resume classes on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, with 100% distance learning. The option for in-person instruction will begin as follows:

  • 3rd – 9th Grades may return on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
  • 10th Grade may return on Thursday, January 21, 2021
  • 11th – 12th Grades may return on Monday, January 25, 2021

We encourage all families to stay safe over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. If you will be travelling or participating in any type of larger gathering, please schedule time to return home and isolate to ensure you are in good health and not infected before returning to campus.

Our school is committed to the health and safety of students, staff, and families. We will continue to monitor all developments and inform you as the situation unfolds. Your patience and cooperation have allowed us to keep our community safe. It is our continued prayer that everyone will remain happy and healthy as we look forward to reopening campus again in January for the Spring Semester.
