Giving rather than receiving

Community Service Day today at CCHS! This group was doing the Marina Shoreline Cleanup and was one of 6 groups helping out in the community. Other groups went to sing at convalescent homes and helped at the Food Bank in Alameda. Community Service is not a requirement of graduation at CCHS, but we want to teach our students it really is “more blessed to give than to receive”.marina shoreline cleanup

Mrs. Leong is in charge of public relations, marketing, community development, and fund raising for CCHS. She also represents the school in civic organizations and at community events.
