Girls Basketball Wins 1st League game

The varsity girls pulled out a win in their first BCL league basketball game of the season vs. St. Elizabeth 44 -31.  The team was led by Shirley Li (19 points, 11 rebounds) and Kallie Pong (9 points).  Team ball went to Joyce Cheng for her hard work, good defense, and aggressive play.  The game was slowed by a scary moment when a St. Elizabeth player was hurt and the paramedics were called, but we are happy to report that she was better and was released from the hospital after evaluations.
